Abstract: 由競爭性酵素連結免疫吸收劑分析法ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay)
在水中溶液中定量貝芬替Carbendazim、免賴得Benomyl、腐絕Thiabendazole等農藥殘留已被發展出來。這分析法是利用兔子中抗貝芬替Carbendazim抗體附著在具有磁性的顆粒上,藉以分析貝芬替Carbendazim、免賴得Benomyl、腐絕Thiabendazole等農藥殘留,可測水中Carbendazim達到0.1ppb的檢出感度(即1mL水中可測得1x10-9克之貝芬替Carbendazim殘留量)。由本實驗之結果得知本次試驗最低標準劑濃度0.25ppb貝芬替Carbendazim,經測定所得OD吸光值=0.335,因此最低檢出感度至少可以達到0.1ppb的檢出感度,本試驗作三點濃度標準檢量線,線性迴歸關係R2=0.99,而抗體對抗原的結合性或辨視率有90.1%以上之信賴度,回收率達到有82.0%,即有82.0% 之方法準確性,亦即表示整個實驗有82.0%正確性。)
