Based on the theoretical framework of the concept of health and attitude toward self-life and the integration of related literature, this study adopted the questionnaire survey method, divided the questionnaire into three major components, and supplemented it with statistical software to analyze the data. The main purpose of this study is to understand the concept of health, attitude toward life, and health behaviors of professional drivers in New Taipei City, and to explore the correlation between these three dimensions under different contextual variables. The official questionnaire was distributed from January 02 to April 01, 2024, and 259 questionnaires were returned, with a validity rate of 95.93%. The results of the questionnaire were analyzed by SPSS statistical package. The results of the study showed that the health concepts and self-life attitudes of the professional drivers in New Taipei City reached the intermediate-high level or above, and there were some significant differences between “gender”,“age”, “education level”, “marital status” and health concepts; “gender”, “age”, “marital status” and self-life attitudes; “gender”, “age”, “marital status”, and “years of service” and health behavior. There were some significant differences between “gender”, “age”, “marital status”, and “years of working experience” and health behaviors; the concept of health was positively related to self-attitude toward life, the concept of health was positively related to health behaviors, and self-attitude toward life was positively related to health behaviors, and all of them were positively predicted and inferred. We also suggest a few suggestions for the related industries of transportation companies and professional drivers: Exercise planning, healthy diet, and the concepts of health concepts and self-life attitudes can be incorporated into the information platform to promote the concepts, so that drivers can have the correct knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors about health as soon as possible. Through the establishment of recreational and sports venues where smoking, alcohol and areca nut are completely prohibited, drivers can have a sound working environment that is convenient for exercise, rest and smoke-free; and healthy behaviors can be integrated into daily life, so as to develop good habits of regular exercise and healthy eating.
