題名: 以校務研究觀點探討技專院校學生證照取得現況與輔導策略

摘要: 隨著技術專門教育重要性日益提升,技專院校在培養專業技術人才方面扮演著關鍵角色。本研究旨在從校務研究角度出發,分析技專院校學生在取得專業證照過程中所遇到問題與挑戰,並評估現行證照輔導措施成效。研究使用113學年度第一學期校務基本資料庫中證照考取資料與學生學籍資料,嘗試探討影響證照考取各種因素,包括個人背景、就學狀況、入學管道、就讀系科以及學業成績等資料進行分析,扣除資料不全者,共蒐集359筆樣本。研究結果發現:學生目前就學狀況將會顯著影響學生證照考取張數,其中目前仍在學的學生證照考取數顯著高於休退學生。此外,學生入學背景亦顯示不同群體在證照考取上的顯著差異。例如,四技申請入學學生和高中生申請入學學生在證照考取上表現較好,而外國學生和僑生則面臨更多挑戰。學業成績分析也表明,高成績學生傾向於考取更多證照,反映出學業表現與專業認證密切相關性。基於上述這些發現,本研究提出了一系列策略改善證照輔導。首先,學校需要為不同入學背景學生設計定制化輔導計劃,尤其是為語言能力較弱和文化適應度低的外國學生和僑生提供額外支持。此外,學校應加強與專業領域結,並提供實務操作的會,以增強學生的職業技能和專業認證考取率。未來研究應進一步探討教育技術如何有效整合進證照教學中,以及如何利用數據驅動方法來優化教育策略,確保技專院校學生能更適應快速變化職業市場。此外,研究也應評估校內外因素如家庭支持、個人動機和社會經濟狀況如何影響學生的專業發展和證照考取。透過這些綜合性的研究,可以為技專院校提供更全面的教育解決方案,以提高教育品質和學生的未來就業的成效。
With the increasing importance of technical and vocational education, technical and vocational colleges play a crucial role in cultivating skilled professionals. This study aims to analyze, from the perspective of institutional research, the problems and challenges that students in these colleges face in obtaining professional certifications, and to evaluate the effectiveness of current certification counseling measures. The study uses data from the basic institutional database for the first semester of the 113th academic year, including certification attainment and student enrollment information, to explore various factors influencing certification success. These factors include personal background, enrollment status, admission pathways, field of study, and academic performance. After excluding incomplete data, a total of 359 samples were collected. The findings reveal that students' current enrollment status significantly impacts the number of certifications obtained. Students who are actively enrolled have a significantly higher certification attainment rate compared to those who have taken leave or withdrawn. Additionally, the admission background of students shows significant differences in certification attainment among various groups. For instance, students admitted through the four-year technical program and high school admission channels perform better in obtaining certifications, whereas international and overseas Chinese students face more challenges. Analysis of academic performance also indicates that high-achieving students tend to obtain more certifications, demonstrating a close relationship between academic performance and professional certification. Based on these findings, the study proposes several strategies to improve certification counseling. Firstly, schools need to design customized counseling programs for students from diverse admission backgrounds, providing additional support for international and overseas Chinese students who may have weaker language skills and lower cultural adaptability. Moreover, schools should strengthen connections with professional fields and offer practical training to enhance students' vocational skills and certification attainment rates. Future research should further explore how educational technology can be effectively integrated into certification teaching and how data-driven approaches can be utilized to optimize educational strategies, ensuring that technical and vocational college students can better adapt to the rapidly changing job market. Additionally, research should assess how internal and external factors, such as family support, personal motivation, and socioeconomic status, influence students' professional development and certification attainment. Through comprehensive research, technical and vocational colleges can be provided with more holistic educational solutions to improve education quality and students' future employment outcomes.
