摘要: | 本校致力於建立和推動「創新教學與實務教學」的規範環境,積極舉辦相關研討會和工作坊。學校在線上平台上設立專區,鼓勵教師開發數位學習材料,並通過「創新教學課程獎勵」來激勵創新教學和實務教學。此外,學校也推動「教學實踐研究計畫」,提供教師研究經費,鼓勵他們在教學領域進行教學實踐研究,建立校內或跨學科的教學社群,整合教學實踐經驗,並構建教學模式以提升教學品質。本研究採用質性分析方法,探討我校創新教學的現況及未來發展策略,旨在了解實務與學術元素結合在課程設計中的成效,並為相關校內單位未來規劃提供具體建議。為達成上述研究目標,本研究收集、閱讀和分析相關文獻,並對學校學生進行訪談。訪談對象通過網上招募,隨後電話確認參與意願。在獲得同意後,通過電子郵件發送訪談指南,並通過在線通信工具提供說明和澄清。結構性訪談於2023年3月30日至5月16日期間進行,共進行九次訪談,收集100份訪談稿,並使用NVivo10進行質性分析。 總結來說,我校創新教學旨在提升學生的實務技能和拓寬視野,同時幫助全校教師緊跟產業趨勢,並將其融入課程設計和教學創新中。有效地將學術理論與實務技能結合,通過與行業專家共同授課,教師實施創新的跨學科主題教學,引導學生根據所發現問題進行主題或問題解決學習,這大大加深學生學習經驗。在實務共同構建教學中,教師扮演指導和顧問的角色,提供必要的學習資源和支持,幫助學生了解現實世界,學會應對挑戰和解決問題,從而培養他們的創新能力和問題解決能力。多樣化和適應性教學是一種強調學生個體差異和特點的方法。通過了解學生的學習風格、能力和興趣,教師設計和實施多樣化的教學策略和活動,以滿足其個性化需求,提升他們的學習成果和滿意度。職場銜接教學旨在幫助學生更好地了解職場文化、工作標準、溝通技巧和職業態度,提高他們的職場適應能力和工作表現。通過職場銜接教學,學生能更快地融入職場,並更有效地實現工作目標。 Our school fosters a regulatory environment for "innovative and practical teaching" by organizing related seminars and workshops. We encourage teachers to develop digital learning materials through a dedicated section on our online platform and incentivize innovation with the "Innovative Teaching Course Awards." Additionally, the "Teaching Practice Research Project" offers research funding to encourage teaching practice research, establish teaching communities, integrate experiences, and develop teaching models to enhance quality. This study uses qualitative analysis to explore the current state and future strategies for innovative teaching at our school. It examines the effectiveness of integrating practical and academic elements in course design and provides recommendations for future planning. The research involves reviewing literature and interviewing students recruited online. Interviews, conducted from March 30 to May 16, 2023, were structured, and 100 transcripts were analyzed using NVivo10. In summary, our innovative teaching aims to enhance students' practical skills and broaden their perspectives. It helps teachers stay current with industry trends and incorporate them into their teaching. By involving industry experts in co-teaching, we effectively combine academic theories with practical skills. Teachers guide students through cross-disciplinary, problem-solving learning, deepening their learning experiences. In practical co-constructed teaching, teachers act as guides and consultants, providing resources and support to help students understand the real world and develop innovation and problem-solving abilities. Diverse and adaptive teaching strategies cater to students' individual needs, enhancing their learning outcomes and satisfaction. Workplace transition teaching helps students understand workplace culture, standards, communication skills, and professional attitudes, improving their adaptability and job performance. This approach helps students integrate into the workplace more quickly and achieve their goals effectively. |
