摘要: 食品素養與飲食行為在現代生活中扮演著關鍵角色。深刻地影響著人們的健康和福祉。國小教職員不僅擔任孩童的教育責任,同時也是他們模仿學習的榜樣。因此,本研究旨在探討基隆市國小教職員的食品素養與飲食行為,以了解他們對飲食的認知、知識和實際行動,以及這些因素與學生的飲食習慣和健康之間的關係。

本研究採便利抽樣方式,透過網路問卷調查基隆市國小教職員食品素養與飲食行為,問卷內容包括教職員對食品素養的認知程度、飲食營養知識掌握情況,以及個人飲食行為的習慣和偏好。同時,也將收集教職員的個人背景資料,如性別、婚姻狀況、教育程度等,以探討這些因素對於食品素養和飲食行為的可能影響。預計發放250份問卷,回收後使用SPSS 20.0統計軟體進行數據分析,包含:描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、ANOVA、相關分析等。

透過統計分析,研究者將試圖找出國小教職員食品素養與飲食行為的相關性。研究結果將有助於了解教職員對於飲食的關注程度,以及其在教學過程中對學生飲食習慣和健康的影響。此外,研究結果還可以提供相關單位和政府在制定相關政策和推廣飲食健康教育方面的參考依據。
Food literacy and eating behaviors play a key role in modern life. profoundly affect people's health and well-being. Elementary school teachers not only bear the responsibility of educating children, but also serve as role models for them to imitate and learn from. Therefore, this study aimed to explore the food literacy and eating behaviors of elementary school teachers in Keelung City to understand their perceptions, knowledge, and practical actions about diet, and the relationship between these factors and students' eating habits and health.

This study adopted a convenience sampling method to investigate the food literacy and eating behaviors of elementary school teachers in Keelung City through an online questionnaire. The questionnaire included teachers’ awareness of food literacy, knowledge of dietary nutrition, and personal eating behavior habits and preferences. . At the same time, personal background information of faculty members, such as gender, marital status, education level, etc., will also be collected to explore the possible impact of these factors on food literacy and eating behavior. It is expected that 250 questionnaires will be distributed. After recycling, SPSS 20.0 statistical software will be used for data analysis, including: descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, ANOVA, correlation analysis, etc.

Through statistical analysis, the researchers will try to find out the correlation between the food literacy and eating behaviors of elementary school teachers. The findings will help to understand the extent to which staff pay attention to diet and its impact on students' eating habits and health during teaching. In addition, the research results can also provide reference for relevant units and governments in formulating relevant policies and promoting dietary health education.
