摘要: 本研究旨在以北部某區域教學醫院為例,對COVID-19患者集中隔離照護措施進行分析和探討。通過深入了解該醫院照護策略、執行情況和效果,可以獲得有關COVID-19疫情下醫療機構照護措施實證資料,為其他醫療機構和相關決策者提供參考,並促進對COVID-19疫情有效應對。因此,本研究採橫斷式研究設計,以問卷調查為工具及採立意取樣進行收案,選取北部某區域教學醫院醫院工作人員為研究對象,探討影響新冠肺炎患者集中隔離照護措施建構因素人口學變項與組織財務資源、內部作業流程、外部顧客關係、員工學習成長之相關性。本研究採立意取樣,收案對象為研究對象為北部某區域教學醫院COVID-19新冠肺炎患者集中隔離照護相關人員,收案期間為2024年1月至3月止,共收回120筆有效樣本。
研究結果表明,除職業類別在影響新冠肺炎患者集中隔離照護措施建構某些因素上有顯著差異外,其他背景變項如性別、年齡、教育程度、是否就讀護理相關科系和工作年資在組織財務資源、內部作業流程、外部顧客關係和員工學習成長上沒有表現出顯著差異。至於影響新冠肺炎患者集中隔離照護措施建構因素除了員工學習成長對組織財務資源不具直接影響外,其他假設均獲得數據支持。亦即員工學習成長對組織財務資源直接效果不大,這表明其影響可能透過改善內部作業流程和外部顧客關係這兩個途徑間接發揮作用。建議未來研究可朝最大化流程效率來優化病患管理和資源分配。此外本研究亦建議針對員工制定更有針對性培訓計劃,不僅提升員工職業技能,進一步將直接改善患者照護品質和效果。而鑒於不同職業類別員工對財務資源感知存在顯著差異,在此本研究也建議可以鼓勵跨職業協作和溝通,以確保員工對於整體資源分配和使用共識,從而提升整體照護效率和效果。
This study aims to analyze and discuss the centralized isolation care measures for COVID-19 patients using a teaching hospital in the northern region as a case example. By comprehensively understanding the hospital's care strategies, implementation, and outcomes, empirical data on healthcare measures during the COVID-19 pandemic can be obtained, providing insights for other healthcare institutions and relevant decision-makers to effectively respond to the COVID-19 crisis. Therefore, this study adopts a cross-sectional research design, utilizing questionnaire surveys as the tool and purposive sampling to recruit participants. Hospital staff from a teaching hospital in the northern region are selected as the study subjects to investigate the correlations between demographic variables and organizational financial resources, internal operational processes, external customer relations, and employee learning and growth, all of which influence the construction of measures for centralized isolation care of COVID-19 patients.The study employs purposive sampling, targeting personnel involved in the centralized isolation care of COVID-19 patients at the teaching hospital in the northern region. Data collection took place from January to March 2024, yielding a total of 120 valid responses.
The research findings indicate that, apart from occupational category, which significantly influences certain factors in the construction of measures for centralized isolation care of COVID-19 patients, other background variables such as gender, age, education level, whether attending nursing-related programs, and years of work experience show no significant differences in organizational financial resources, internal operational processes, external customer relations, and employee learning and growth. Regarding the factors influencing the construction of measures for centralized isolation care of COVID-19 patients, except for the limited direct effect of employee learning and growth on organizational financial resources, all hypotheses receive support from the data. This suggests that the direct effect of employee learning and growth on organizational financial resources is minimal, indicating that its influence may indirectly manifest through improving internal operational processes and external customer relations. Future research is advised to focus on maximizing process efficiency to optimize patient management and resource allocation. Additionally, targeted training programs for employees are recommended to enhance their professional skills, thereby directly improving the quality and effectiveness of patient care. Considering the significant differences in perceived financial resources among employees of different occupational categories, promoting cross-professional collaboration and communication is suggested to ensure consensus on overall resource allocation and utilization, thus enhancing overall care efficiency and effectiveness.
