| Abstract: | CD-TEC包接法應用於Bacillus macerans(IAM 1243)之環狀糊精葡萄糖?基移轉?（CGT）活性檢測之條件為：2％可溶性澱粉基質，pH 6.0，反應時間2小時；偶合反應活性單位與包接法活性單位比較，當前者為1.5活性單位以下時有直線關係。
探討數種單醣、雙醣或可溶性澱粉為碳源，均無包接法可偵測之最低活性倍數呈現，只有麥麩及米糠可呈現，又以麥麩效果較佳；加葡萄糖於培養基中對CGT之生產有抑制現象;此菌培養於無機或有機氮源中皆可產生CGT。
經實驗發現CGT之最佳生產培養機組成為每公升培養基中含果糖10g，麥麩40g，聚胜?5g，MgSO4 .7H2 O0.3g；在500mL三角瓶中培養之最適條件為：培養液20mL，培養溫度45℃，培養初pH值7.0，振盪速率200rpm，培養時間24小時。 |
