Abstract: 線上精神科護理學實習將「體驗式學習」理論融入課程設計,透過具體經驗、反思觀察、抽象概念化以及主動實踐四個階段的學習過程,設計情境模擬使學生能有實際的照護經驗,經由書寫反思作業及團體討論,將經驗進行反思整理,形成有意義的結果,再透過小組討論的腦力激盪,最終發展出處理問題的能力。經由體驗式學習,學生的實習作業的書寫及會談時的溝通技巧方面均有明顯的進步。學生的反思作業及實習檢討會中的分享均呈現出對線上精神科護理學實習的正向回饋,且從中可以發現學生們的成長。此教學創新課程可作為未來護理教育在設計相關課程時之參考。
The online internship in psychiatric nursing integrates the theory of ‘experiential learning’ into the curriculum design. Through the four-stage learning process of concrete experience, reflective observation, abstract conceptualization, and active experimentation, the curriculum allows students to have actual nursing experience with its scenario simulation design. Through reflective writing assignments and group discussions, students process and reflect on their experiences to achieve meaningful results. Furthermore, through brainstorming in group discussions, students develop the ability to solve problems eventually. With experiential learning, students achieved significant progress in internship assignment writing and communication skills in meetings. Students’ growth in their psychiatric nursing online internship can also be seen in the positive feedback they received both on their reflective assignments and on their sharing in the internship review meeting. This innovative teaching course can be used as a reference for designing future courses in nursing education.
