Abstract: 背景:慢性疾病是造成失能主要原因之一,失能照護需仰賴家庭照顧者的全心投入,但是,卻造成照顧負荷的形成。本研究在探討家庭照顧者參與慢性病自我管理工作坊之自我管理的成效,運用慢性病自我管理方案使自我管理的過程達到最大的目標與功效,並探討他們在增強自我效能、改變健康照顧行為時,是否能更有效的改善自身對慢性病的自我照護能力及身心健康管理。
方法:此次美國史丹佛大學慢性病自我管理方案(The Chronic Disease Self-Management Program,簡稱CDSMP)是基隆市社團法人信望愛福利協會所辦理之課程,參加對象為家庭照顧者,共召募11位,上課時間於2022年2月22日-3月29日起6週,每次2.5小時,共計15小時。本研究採利用工作坊團體方式以課程觀察、半結構式訪談及心得分享回饋,將受訪者的逐字稿、資料內容加以統整分析。
Background: Chronic diseases are one of the main causes of disability. Disabled care depends on the whole intention of family caregivers, but it causes the care load. This study discusses the effectiveness of the self -management of family caregivers participating in the self -management workshop of chronic diseases, using the chronic disease self -management solution to make the process of self -management achieve the greatest goal and efficacy, and explores that when they enhance self -efficacy and change health care behaviors, they are Whether it can more effectively improve the self -care ability and physical and mental health management of chronic diseases.
Purpose: 1:Family caregivers have the degree of impact on daily life and physical and mental health due to care.2: Discuss family caregivers from participating in chronic disease self -management workshops, changes and results after the course intervention.
Methods: The Chronic Disease Self-Management Program was conducted by the Trust, Hope and Love Welfare Association in Keelung City. We recruit 11 participants , they were family caregivers . The program started on February 22 to March 29, 2022 and run for 6 weeks with 2.5 hour sessions for a total of 15 hours. In this study, we used workshop groups to observe courses, conduct semi-structured interviews and share feedback, and then analyzed the transcripts and data content of the interviewees.
Conclusion: This study uses self -management solutions for family caregivers, which can effectively improve the situation of family caregivers for self -management and self -care ability. Intervention allows family caregivers to enjoy the quality of life and affirm the value of self -management workshops.
