Abstract:	背景：腦中風是造成全球殘障失能的主因，失能衍生照護需仰賴照顧者的投入，繁重的病人照顧及多重的角色易引起照顧負荷，進而影響到照顧者自身健康，照顧者短時間要學會複雜照顧技能，倉促學習徒增照顧者照顧壓力。為使病人出院後能獲得持續性照護，減緩照顧者負荷，因而引發研究動機。目的：腦中風照顧者出院準備課程之成效。方法:採類實驗性研究設計，研究取樣於新北市某區域醫院四個神經內外科病房共124位腦中風病人之家庭照顧者,區分實驗組與控制組，以「腦中風病人及家庭照顧者基本屬性調查表」、「家庭照顧者自覺準備度問卷」、「照顧者負荷?表」、「腦中風疾病認知量表」收集資料之關聯性及影響。成效：(1) 實驗組接受「腦中風照顧者出院準備課程」介入後，顯示實驗組減輕照顧負荷程度較對照組優(p<0.001)，達統計上之顯著性；(2)實驗組接受「腦中風照顧者出院準備課程」介入後，顯示實驗組腦中風疾病識能進步較對照組優(p <0.001)，達統計上之顯著性；(3) 實驗組接受「腦中風照顧者出院準備課程」介入後，實驗組照顧準備度較對照組優(p<0.001)，達統計上之顯著性。結論：「腦中風照顧者出院準備課程」介入對提升腦中風照顧者之減輕照顧負荷、腦中風疾病識能進步、照顧準備度有正向之效果，值得推廣及運用於神經科專科病房，以此研究之出院準備服務模式，提供腦中風家庭照顧者相關照護技巧與腦中風疾病認知，以提升照顧者照顧品質。 Background: A stroke is associated with a dysfunction ,coupled with the threat of recurrent stroke, resulting in great pressure on patients and their families. The care of disability-derived care needs to rely on the input of caregivers. The acquisition of continuous care after hospital discharge and reduce the burden of caregivers, have formed the motivations in this study. Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of the discharge prep-aration course for stroke caregivers. Method: The quasi-experimental research design was adopted. About 124 stroke caregivers were selected from hospital during the year of 2022. This study involved two groups of patients they were categorized into the experimental group and the control group, with "stroke patient and caregivers basic attributes survey table", "Caregiver Burden Inventory", knowledge of primary caregivers of stroke patients,and Caregiver Readiness Scale" adopted for data collection.SPSS 20.0 statistical software for windows was used to analyze descriptive and inferential data. Results：The result showed Stroke Caregiver Discharge Prep-aration Course can improve the Caregiver Burden Inventory, knowledge of primary caregivers of stroke patients,and Care-giver Readiness Scale of treatment comparing with the experi-mental group and the control group. Conclusions/Practical Applications：We hope these study findings could enhance health care providers to pay attention to illness uncertainty in primary caregivers of hospitalized stroke patients in clinical care and assessment. Health care providers may give caregivers individual guidance and thereby provide high-quality patients care.
