摘要: 研究目的:十二週彈力帶阻力運動介入對銀髮族肌力及肌耐力與平衡能力之探討。研究對象:以台北市某日照中心65歲以上之銀髮族32位。研究方法:十二週彈力帶阻力運動介入,每週2次,每次1小時,並實施銀髮族功能性體適能檢測項目中,肱二頭肌手臂屈舉、30秒椅子坐?及椅子坐起繞物三項檢測之前後測,將檢測資料以成對樣本T檢定進行統計分析,比較前測與後測的差異。研究結果:經十二週運動介入後,研究對象功能性體適能檢測肱二頭肌手臂屈舉前測平均值為17.50±3.02下,後測平均值為20.91±3.78下;30秒椅子坐立前測平均值為15.06±3.07下,後測平均值為16.25±2.59下;椅子坐起繞物前測平均值為8.64±1.45秒,後測平均值為7.65±1.12秒,三項均達統計上顯著差異(p<.001)。研究結論:經十二週彈力帶阻力運動介入後,有效提升了65歲以上銀髮族上肢肌力及肌耐力、下肢肌力及肌耐力與平衡能力。建議:本研究應用彈力帶運動介入,僅對銀髮族功能性體適能檢測中,肱二頭肌手臂屈舉、30秒椅子坐立、椅子坐起繞物等三項。期望能提供未來研究者在功能性體適能檢測,能完成其他項目使檢測能更完整。
Research purposes: The 12 weeks elastic band resistance exercise intervention on the muscle strength, muscular endurance and balance ability amongst senior citizens.Research objects: 32 senior citizens aged over 65 at a day care center in Taipei City.Research methods: 12 weeks elastic band resistance exercise intervention,was twice a week for one hour,and implement the senior functional fitness test project, including Arm Curl, 30-second Chair Stsnd and Chair Up amd Go are three tested for the pre-test and the post-test, the test data were statistically analyzed by paired sample T test, and the differences between the pre-test and the post-test were compared.Research result: After 12 weeks exercise intervention, the subject's functional fitness test Arm Curl the pre-test average is 17.50±3.02 times, the post-test average is 20.91±3.78 times, 30-second Chair Stsnd the pre-test average is 15.06±3.07 times, the post-test average is 16.25±2.59 times, Chair Up amd Go the pre-test average is 8.64±1.45 seconds, the post-test average is 7.65±1.12 seconds, the three items are statistically significant (p < .001).Research conclusion: After 12 weeks of elastic band exercise intervene, effectively improve muscle strength and muscle endurance both in the upper limbs and lower limbs, as well as balance ability on these senior citizens.Recommendations: This research use of elastic band exercise intervention, only for the senior functional fitness test, Arm Curl, 30-second Chair Stsnd and Chair Up amd Go the object are three tested. It is expected to provide future researchers with functional fitness test, and complete other projects to make the test more complete.
