Abstract: 本研究鑒於台灣北部某學院之研究生與在職生及非應屆入學生為多數,故本研究之目的為:了解研究生就讀私立技職院校研究所動機之關鍵因素,藉由回流教育來探討研究生選擇就讀私立技職院校碩士班之就讀動機因素,並採用層級分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP)來建立評估模式,假定三大構面及九項評估因素為私立技職院校研究生就讀動機之因素,並以6位畢業碩士生以及4位在學生為主要研究對象,以Google表單發放問卷並回收,後運用『Expert Choice(CE)11.5』之應用軟體進?資?分析,分析結果發現影響研究生就讀動機最大的前四項重要關鍵因素為「職業進展」、「提升自我」、「獲得成就感」及「追求知識」,以提供學校及教育相關單位做為招生策略或研究之參考。
In view of the fact that the majority of graduate students, in-service students and non-graduating students in a college in northern Taiwan, the purpose of this study is to understand the key factors of the motivation of graduate students to study in private technical and vocational colleges, and to explore the choice of graduate students through return education. Motivational factors for studying master classes in private technical and vocational colleges, and the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was used to establish an evaluation model. It is assumed that three dimensions and nine evaluation factors are the main factors of motivation for graduate students in private technical and vocational colleges. 6 graduate master students and 4 current students were the main research objects, and the questionnaires were distributed and collected with Google form, and then the application software "Expert Choice (CE) 11.5" was used to analyze the data. The top four key factors with the greatest motivation are "career progress", "self-improvement", "achieving a sense of achievement" and "pursuing knowledge", which are used by schools and education-related units as a reference for recruitment strategies or research.
