As the population ages around the world, long-term care is becoming increasingly problematic, and family caregivers face many physical, psychological, social and economic shocks.

The results of6 weeks horticultural therapy showed that the Zung stress self-evaluation scale was46.33 and33.5 respectively. The participants changed from mild stress to normal, and the welfare benefit scale increased from24.50 to30.92.
