園藝治療活動介入探討居家托育人員正向情緒與福祉效益的影響。研究方法採量表前後測設計,運用園藝治療課程並搭配正向情緒與福祉效益相關理論,以新竹市北區居家托育人員為對象,規劃10人接受六週課程,藉以瞭解受試者正向情緒與福祉效益的經驗與收獲。研究結果顯示受試者的各量表分數都有顯著提升,園藝治療福祉效益量表以「心情放鬆」差異最大由3.5分提升到4.8分、其次「興趣嗜好」由3.9分提升到4.7分、「擅長園藝栽培技術」由2.9分提升到4.2分;正向情緒量表以「心情放鬆」差異最大由3.7分提升到4.7分、其次「感到快樂」由4.0分提升到4.7分、「很有自信」由3.7分提升到4.4分。綜合以上結論本研究結果證實透過園藝治療課程的介入是具有影響居家托育人員正向情緒和福祉效益的。 The intervention of horticultural therapy activities explores the impact of positive emotional and well-being benefits of home caregivers. The research method adopts the pre- and post-test design of the scale, using the horticultural therapy course and the theory of positive emotions and well-being benefits, taking the home-based nursery personnel in the North District of Hsinchu City as the object, planning 10 people to receive a six-week course, so as to understand the subjects' positive emotions. Experiences and gains for emotional and well-being benefits. The results of the study showed that the subjects' scores on various scales increased significantly. Taken together, the results of this study confirm that intervention through horticultural therapy courses can affect the positive emotions and well-being of home care workers.
