The novel coronavirus (COVID-19) had epidemic the world since 2020 and it had made a huge impact on the global society. Taiwan government had provided four types of vaccines for people, which including AZ, Moderna, BNT, and MVC Covid-19 vaccines. But Taiwanese people considered many reasons before to accept the vaccines shots, such as: self-health awareness, risk perception and vaccine brand trust, and so on. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to explore the factors that affect Taiwanese people's willingness to receive the vaccine. The research object was the people who actually participated in the Covid-19 vaccination in Taiwan, to be the survey object. The study used the AHP questionnaire from April 1st to April 20th in 2022 and collected 62 questionnaires. After deducting the invalid and low consistency (inconsistent rate <0.1) ones, the study collected 24 valid questionnaires. The Expert Choice 11.5 software was used to determine the superiority of each alternative. The research results showed that the general public pays more attention to self-health awareness, followed by risk perception, and finally vaccine brand trust. However, we found that people with different demographic variables were more concerned about vaccines. Vaccination considerations were also different, showing different distributions; but overall, the general public preferred the Moderna vaccine, while BNT, AZ, and MVC vaccines were ranked in order. In the follow-up of this study, it was also suggested that in-depth investigations could be conducted on people in different regions and demographic variables, so as to obtain more accurate data as an important reference for subsequent epidemic prevention policy.
