The purpose of this research is to explore the impact of different demographic variables on TTQS system recognition and organizational learning satisfaction from the perspective of hospitality employees, and to explore the correlation between TTQS recognition and organizational learning satisfaction. The questionnaire survey was conducted by the convenience sampling method, 500 paper questionnaires were distributed, and a total of 279 valid questionnaires were retrieved, with a recovery rate of 55.8%. The results show that TTQS recognition and organizational learning satisfaction will be significantly different due to different demographic variables (p<0.05). The degree of recognition of the introduction of TTQS is high for the graduates (including), while the grass-roots employees are more satisfied with the introduction of TTQS. The degree of recognition is lower than that of executives. TTQS recognition degree has a low degree of positive correlation with organizational learning satisfaction (r=0.162, p=0.000), and it is statistically significant (p<0.05).
