新型冠狀病毒疫情嚴峻,造成許多護理學生無法進入醫院進行臨床實習,多數學校則改以替代方案進行線上實習。然而線上實習因為無實際的個案,學生無法完整地進行護理評估,而影響實習目標的達成。本文以精神科護理學實習為例,針對實習替代方案提出論述,並提出精神科護理學實習替代方案之教材與教學策略。期望可以做為護理臨床指導教師設計實習替代方案之參考。 Due to the critical novel coronavirus pandemic, many nursing students have not been able to access hospitals for their clinical practicum. Most schools have also switched to alternative programs involving online practice. However, students cannot make comprehensive nursing assessments because there is no direct contact with actual patients during the online sessions. Consequently, the aims of attending clinical practicum cannot be achieved. In this study, psychiatric nursing practicum was taken as an example to discuss alternative programs and propose related teaching materials and strategies. It is hoped that the proposals can serve as a reference for nursing clinical instructors when designing alternative practicum programs.
