Abstract: 本研究以風能國小推動環境教育校本課程為例,探討個案學校推動環境教育校本課程之動機與發展經驗,探究的核心聚焦推動課程的重要內涵、成效、所面臨的困境與因應策略,並做為其他偏鄉國小發展環境教育校本課程之參考。本研究採用質性研究取徑之「個案研究法」,援用訪談與文件分析等方法蒐集相關研究資料,詳實分析風能國小實施環境教育校本課程的情形,並分別從教學現況、教師觀點、困境與因應策略等方面進行歸納分析。依據研究目的,本研究所探究的結論如下:一、以創意教案為課程發展契機,考量在地位置特色與經費,發展學校的環境教育校本課程。二、以學校願景目標為發展主軸,結合校務工作推動,發展出全校性的環境教育校本課程內涵。三、推動環境教育校本課程的成效顯著,榮獲國家肯定的獎項並成為各地競相參加之遊學勝地,進而影響全校師生與社區民眾的環境意識。四、透過校長全力支持、辦理環境教育相關講座與經營志工團隊來克服推動過程中所面臨之困境。最後,歸納本研究結果並提出建議,作為未來偏鄉國小發展環境教育校本課程之參考。
This study takes an elementary school in a rural area of New Taipei City as an example, to investigate its motivation and experiences in promoting school-based curriculum of environmental education. There are four focus points of the study of this curriculum, which are the connotation of this curriculum, effectiveness, problems and possible solutions during promoting the kind of education. These points could be used as a reference for the school-based curriculums of environmental education for elementary schools in a rural area in the future. This study uses the “case study method” in qualitative research, with interviews and document analysis to collect data, then to analyze how this elementary school environmental education school-based course were practicing, and to summarize the results from the four perspectives: a. the current teaching status; b. teachers’ point of view; c. problems and d. possible solutions.According to the research purpose, the conclusion of this study is as following:1.Taking creative teaching plans as an key of the curriculum development, considering school’s location, specialties, and budget, to develop its school-based curriculum for environmental education.2.Taking the school’s vision and goals as the main developmental content, and combine with the promotion of school affairs, to develop a school-wide environmental education curriculum connotation.3.Due to prompting the school-based curriculum of environmental education could have achieved the remarkable results and won some national prizes, this school could become a famous sightseeing spot, which would also affect the environmental awareness of teachers and students and the community residents.4.With the full support of the principal, the school could conduct environmental education-related lectures and call for volunteers to overcome the possible difficulties.Moreover, the research provides practical references and suggestions for other schools who want to promote the school-based curriculum of environmental education in rural areas and for the future research.
