摘要: 本研究係為瞭解?加失業者照顧服務員職類受訓學員其基本背景變項、學習動機、學習滿意度及就業成效間之差異及相關性。藉由研究的發現,做為日後政府或委託單位在辦理照顧服務員職類訓練時,招生、甄試、課程規劃、行政相關措施及就業輔導等改進之參考。
本研究以問卷調查法為主,以2018-2019年北部轄區「照顧服務員專班」訓練為主要研究對象,以自製之「失業者照顧服務員職業訓練學員學習動機、學習滿意度及就業成效」調查問卷為研究工具,發放400份問卷,回收問卷289份,扣除無效問卷33份,取得有效問卷256份。
問卷回收後使用SPSS 20.0版統計套裝軟體進?資?分析,統計分析方法包括描述性統計、信效度分析、差異性分析、相關性分析及邏輯斯迴歸分析等方法。分析結果為:?同背景變項在學習動機上有部分顯著差?;?同背景變項在學習滿意度上除了?同教育程度變項有部分顯著差?外,餘皆不顯著;學習動機可顯著預測就業成效;學習滿意度則部分顯著預測就業之成效。
經由問卷回收資料及分析後得之結論,本研究歸納建議如下:(1)提高職訓課程訓練時數並結合技能檢定,(2)訓後就業輔導機制應包含「就業相關性」,(3)訓練單位應掌握學員學習動機、提供照服職類相關訊息及輔導,(4)強化學校系統培育年輕照顧服務人才。
The purpose of this study was to understand the differences and correlations among the demographic variables, learning motivation, learning satisfaction, and employment effectiveness of trainees in the category of unemployed caregivers. Through the findings of the study, it could be used as a reference for future government or entrusted units to improve the enrollment, screening, curriculum planning, policymaking process, and employment counseling in the class training.
In our research was based on a questionnaire survey. The research object was focused on the training of the "Special Class for Caregivers" in northern Taiwan from 2018 to 2019. A total of 400 questionnaires were distributed, and 289 questionnaires were received. Then 33 invalid questionnaires were deducted, and finally, 256 valid questionnaires were obtained. After the questionnaires were collected, we adopted SPSS 20.0 statistical software for data analysis. Statistical analysis methods included: descriptive statistics, reliability and validity analysis, difference analysis, correlation analysis, and logistic regression analysis.
The analysis results were: different demographic variables had partially significant differences in learning motivation. The educational level had a significant difference in learning satisfaction, other demographic variables were not. Learning motivation could significantly predict employment performance, however, learning satisfaction partially predicted the employment performance.
Based on the analysis results, this study summarizes the following recommendations:
Firstly, Improve the training hours of the vocational training course and combine the skill test. Secondly, the post-training employment guidance mechanism should include "employment relevance". Thirdly, the training unit should master the learner's motivation to learn, provide relevant information and counseling in the care category. Finally, strengthen the school system to cultivate young care professionals.
