摘要: | 本研究是以高齡相關科系校外實習生的角度,探討學生校外實習壓力的認知與感受。進一步釐清高齡相關科系校外實習生其實習壓力、職涯規劃與就業意願三者之關係。本研究採立意抽樣以問卷調查法,北北基地區設有高齡相關科系之公、私立技職大專院校已有校外實習課程之經驗學生為研究對象。總共發出125份問卷共獲得回覆107份問卷,剔除無效問卷6份,總共有效問卷101份,問卷回收率80.8%,有效問卷占比94.4%。本研究資料採SPSS 22.0 版統計軟體,選擇以描述性統計、信度分析、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、相關分析等統計方法進行分析檢定。相關研究結論如下: (一) 學生校外實習壓力感受屬於中等(M=2.504),主要來自於工作負荷;職涯規劃屬於正向中高程度(M=3.61),以職業認知表現最佳;就業意願屬於正向中高程度(M=3.45),以選擇進入高齡相關產業工作表現最佳。 (二) 學生個人背景變項在校外實習壓力、職涯規劃與就業意願之差異比較,部分呈現顯著差異 (三) 學生實習壓力與職涯規劃間呈現顯著負相關、學生實習壓力與就業意願間呈現顯著負相關 (四) 學生職涯規劃與就業意願間呈現高度顯著正相關
根據研究結果顯示,學生對未來的職涯規劃愈明確時,學生的實習壓力則愈小。當學生的實習壓力愈小時,對未來就業意願就愈高。當學生的職涯規劃愈明確時,相對地未來的就業意願傾向就愈高。三者之間有其相關性,期望學校能增加教學課程的豐富性或業界參訪機會,降低實習壓力增加學習信心與工作認同,強化學生對其未來投入職場之職涯規劃,更能增強學生投入高齡相關照顧服務工作之意願。 From the perspective of off-campus interns from senior-related departments this paper discusses their awareness and feelings on off-campus internship stress and presents the relationship between their internship stress, career planning, and employment intentions. This study was conducted through purposive sampling and a questionnaire survey. The participants were private and public vocational and technological college and university students in Taipei City, New Taipei City, and Keelung City who have participated in or have completed off-campus internship. A total of 125 copies of questionnaires were distributed, and 107 were retrieved for a questionnaire retrieval rate of 80.8%. After 6 invalid responses were invalid, 101 valid responses were retained for a valid return rate of 94.4%.. SPSS 22.0 was Employed to perform descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, independent samples t-test, one-way analysis of variance, and correlation analysis. The results are summarized as follows:
(I) The off-campus internship stress the participants felt was moderate in level (M = 2.504) and was mainly caused by workload. Their career planning was positive and medium-high (M = 3.61), and their career cognition was the highest. Their employment intentions were positive and medium-high (M = 3.45), and their decisions to enter the industry related to senior scored the highest. (II) Participants with differences in some of the demographic variables exhibited significant differences in their off-campus internship stress, career planning, and employment intentions. (III) Students’ internship stress was significantly and negatively correlated to their career planning and to their employment intentions. (IV) Students’ career planning and their employment intentions were highly, positively, and significantly correlated.
The results revealed that when the participants had clear career planning, they had low internship stress. When they had low internship stress, they had high employment intentions in their future. When they had clear career planning, they also had high employment intentions in the future. The three factors were correlated. It is hoped that in the future, institutions will increase the diversity of their teaching curricula and the opportunities for visiting the industry to reduce students’ internship stress, increase their learning confidence and job identity, and strengthen their career planning in entering the job market in the future.
