Abstract:	本研究旨在探討臺北市政府警察局警務人員工作壓?與休閒運動?為之現況，並分析在?同背景變項下，其工作壓?及休閒運動?為之差?性，進而探討?者間之關係。本研究以臺北市政府警察局2018年編制內之正式合格警務人員，且服務於各分局為研究對象，使用之研究工具為整?、分析並歸納文獻資?後，自編的「臺北市政府警察局警務人員工作壓?與休閒運動?為之調查問卷」。正式施測採簡單隨機抽樣，共發出510份，回收有效問卷496份；根據調查所蒐集之資?，依研究目的、問題及假設，本研究藉由描述性統計、獨?樣本t檢定、單因子變??分析、雪費法事後比較、卡方考驗及皮爾森積差相關等統計方法，進?資?處?與分析，討論結果歸納如下：一、臺北市政府警察局警務人員感受之壓?程?最大為「個人生涯發展」，其次為「家庭生活與休閒」；得分最低則為「組織內人際關係」。二、?同性別、婚姻狀況、年齡、官階、從警?資的臺北市政府警察局警務人員，在工作壓?上部分達顯著差?。三、臺北市政府警察局警務人員每週?與休閒運動的次?，以每週不到1次為最高之比?最高；參與休閒運動中，則以假日與非假日皆有的時日之比?最高；?與休閒運動的時段，以下午14:00-17:59的時段比?最高；?與休閒運動的時間長?，以31-60分鐘的時間長度比?最高；?與休閒運動的感受強?，以有點累的感受強度為最高；常?與的休閒運動項目，以慢跑的反應次數為最高。四、?同婚姻?況、?齡、官階、從警?資、養成教育以及工作性質的臺北市政府警察局警務人員，在休閒運動?為上部分達顯著差?。五、臺北市政府警察局警務人員在工作壓?構面中的「組織角色」、「家庭生活與休閒」、「工作負荷」、「個人生涯發展」構面，與休閒運動?為的「每週?與休閒運動的次?」相關係?達顯著負相關；在工作壓?構面中的「家庭生活與休閒」、「個人生涯發展」構面，與「每週?與休閒運動的時間長度」相關係?達顯著負相關。 The purpose of this research was to understand the current relationship between the work stress and leisure sport behaviors of Based on Taipei Municipal Police Department, and it also aims to analyze the difference between their work stress and leisure sport behaviors among different background variables. The participants are qualified Based on Taipei Municipal Police Department in 2019 and serves the branches. A self-administrated questionnaire “ the correlation between work stress and leisure sport behaviors of the Based on Taipei Municipal Police Department” was developed and distributed to the participants. A random sampling was used in distribution.and a total of 510 questionnaires were sent out, and 496 valid questionnaires were received. Collected data was analyzed by such methodologies of Descriptive Statistics, T-test, One-Way Analysis of Variance, Post-Hoc Scheffe Method, Chi-Square test (x2 test) and Pearson Product-Moment Correlation Coefficient. The research findings were as follows: 1.Police Officer of Taipei Municipal Police Department perceived the highest level of stress was “personal career development” and the second highest level of stress was “family life and leisure” The lowest level of stress was “intra-organizational personal relationship”. 2.Among the variables of gender, marital, age, rank, years of police experience showed partially significant difference in work stress. 3.At the aspect of the frequency of participating leisure sport behaviors per week, one to two times a week has the highest proportion. For days spent on leisure sports, the highest proportion showed the participants tend to do exercise on holidays.For the time spent on leisure sports, the highestproportion showed the participants tend to do exercise in the afternoon (14:00-17:59pm). For the length spent on leisure sports, the highest proportion showed the participants tend to do exercise for 31-60 minutes each time. For the intensity spent on leisure sports, the highest proportion showed the participants tend to do exercise at a bit tired level. For the kinds of leisure sports, the highest proportion showed the participants tend to jog. 4.Police Officer of Taipei Municipal Police Department showed partial significance in leisure sport behaviors at the aspects of different genders, age, rank, years of police experience, education level. 5.The dimension of “role in the organization”, “family life and leisure”, “work load”, “personal career development” under work stress of the Police Officer of Taipei Municipal Police Department showed negative significance with “frequency of participating in leisure sports per week.” Also, the dimension of family life and leisure”, “personal career development” under work stress had negative significance with “the length of participation in leisure sports.”
