摘要: 養育子女的費用昂貴、費力與費時,造成人們生育意願降低,這些都是造成人口高齡化與少子化趨勢的原因,人口高齡化與少子化加重了勞動人口經濟負擔,而沒有多餘時間照顧家中高齡者與年幼者,在人力短缺下,如能讓老幼互相照顧、互相學習,發揮個自的優點,取得各自所需,如此便能減少過去老幼需分開照顧,且需要再個自投入照顧與教養的人力,因此「代間學習」模式將成為未來的發展趨勢。
本研究對於嘉義市一間推行老幼代間學習之幼兒園為研究對象,研究方法為質性取徑的個案研究,以訪談深度、參與觀察與資料分析為研究工具,研究目的為探析幼兒園代間學習活動推行動機與課程設計方式;探討個案幼兒園老幼代間學習實施概況、所遇困境與因應策略;探討老人與幼兒對個案幼兒園老幼代間學習的感受,最後歸納研究結論,提出建議,以為相關幼兒園推行代間學習的參考。
With the development of medical science and technology, human health awareness is rising, the average life expectancy of human beings is increasing, Because the cost of raising children is expensive, people’s willingness to give birth is reduced.In addition there is no extra time to take care of the elderly and young people at home.For the reason of the shortage of manpower, if the young and the old can take care of each other. Learning from each other and achieving their own needs. Therefore, the "generational learning" will become the future development trend.
. The research method is a case study of qualitative approach. The interview depth, participation observation and data analysis are used by the reseurcher. Learning motivations and curriculum design methods; discussing the implementation of the preschools and are the core of research, the dilemmas and response strategies.
