Abstract: 慢性腎臟病患者是一種長期慢性的疾病,病患常因為在疾病的前三期症狀不明顯,以致於延誤治療且面臨其不可逆的病程。本研究目的在探討了解新北市某區域教學醫院慢性腎臟病患的自我效能、生活品質之間的相關因素。研究設計採取立意取樣為主,研究對象為腎臟內科專科醫師確立診斷為慢性腎臟疾病,共計收集101人,取101份有效問卷。根據本研究目的、問題與研究結論與分析討論,發現病患之生活品質各項子構面彼此間,除心理層面與社會層面不具相關之外,其餘均具有顯著中高度的正向相關;並且顯示來自於生理層面、心理層面、社會層面與環境層面等各項生活品質來源,均會造成整體生活品質的影響。本分析研究的結果亦指出,自我效能與生活品質各項子構面,彼此間皆具有不可忽視的相關性。
Chronicle kidney deseases are such a long term processes with insignificant unwellnesses in the first three stages, so that many paitients just overlook and led to irreversible consequences. This thesis is dedicated to explore the relationship between self-efficacy and quality of life of Chronicle kidney desease paitients via 101 effective questionnaires from those who are confirmed by nephrology specialists from some teaching hospital in New Taipei City. It is found that psychiology aspect and society aspect are less mutually related in the influences to the paitients’ quality of life, and the relevance exists between paitients’ self-efficacy and quality of life.
