Abstract: 本文意圖藉由文獻分析方法探析提升課後扶助方案之補救教學成效的策略。探析之後這些策略分別為:(1)找出每位學生學習的起點能力;(2)進行教學診斷;(3)編製循序漸進的學習教材;(4)實施差異化教學;(5)強化課後扶助的專業領導;(6)發展多樣化課後扶助課程;(7)建立「家庭—學校—社區」的課後扶助合作夥伴關係;(8)發展實證的課後扶助研究。
