台灣地區大學生使用智慧型手機相當普遍,過去研究指出手機的使用情形已經影響到學生的身心狀態,部分學生由於使用手機而產生較多的健康問題,是目前需要討論的重要議題。因此,本研究採用問卷調查法探討「經國管理暨健康學院學生使用智慧型手機對身心健康的影響」,研究問卷採用便利抽樣,經前測確認題目信效度後,接著針對經國管理暨健康學院的五個科別(包含護理科、餐飲管理科、幼兒保育科、餐飲廚藝科、美容流行設計科)進行正式施測,總計發放300份問卷,共回收250份有效問卷,有效率為83.3%。研究問卷包含「個人基本資料」、「智慧型手機使用行為」、「身體健康」、「心理健康」及「人際關係」等,以統計軟體SPSS 22.0進行分析。本研究統計方法採用描述性統計、獨立樣本T檢定及單因子變異數分析進行,用以分析回收的統計結果。研究結果發現超過70%學生每天花4-5小時以上的時間使用手機,且多數手機使用在社群媒體的瀏覽上。根據統計結果可知,較常使用手機者其身心健康情況較差,且熬夜使用手機的學生身心狀況亦較差,且對手機的依賴程度較高。本研究希望政府能透過健康或政令宣導來改善人們重度使用手機的依賴性,並大力提倡戶外運動有助國人健康,進而達到社會良性平衡之效。
It is quite common for college students to use smart phones in Taiwan. The past studies found that the use of smart phones has affected students' mental and physical status, some students have more health problems due to the use of smart phones, which has become an important issue that needs to be discussed at present. Therefore, this study took a questionnaire survey to investigate the “use of smart phones for physical and mental health of -an example of students in Ching Kuo Institute of Management and Health.” Our study adopted the questionnaire survey method, and use pre-test in order to confirm the validity and reliability of the questions. The five departments of the School were officially tested (including the Nursing Section, Food and Beverage Management Section, Child Care Section, Catering and Culinary Arts Section, and Beauty and Fashion Design Section). A total of 300 questionnaires were collected, and a total of 250 valid questionnaires were recovered. The recovered rated is 83.3%.The research questionnaire included “personal demographic data”, “smart phone use behavior”, “physical health”, “mental health” and “interpersonal relationships”. The statistical software SPSS 22.0 was used for data analysis. The statistical methods used in this study were descriptive statistics, independent sample T tests, and one way ANOVA to analyze.This study found that more than 70% of students spent more than 4-5 hours a day using smart phones, and most of them used social media for browsing. According to the statistical results, it is known that people who use smart phones more often have poorer physical and mental health, and students who use smart phones day and night have poor physical and mental conditions and have high dependence on smart phones. This study hopes the government can formulate a health regulation to reduce the overusing on mobile phones. It also recommends that the government should encourages outdoor sports to help people enhance their health and well-being.
