| 摘要: | 本研究主要目的在探討基隆市市立國民中學學校生教組長推動紫錐 花運動現況與需求，以其歸納結果，供教育主管機關與生教組長在推動紫錐花運動時之參考。
本研究採質性研究，以文件分析法及深度訪談法，運用半結構式問 卷，訪談基隆市市立11所國中學校負責推動紫錐花運動之生教組長。就本文探討內容區分以「學校推動反毒工作現況分析」、「生教組長任職意願」、「執行人員輔導知能困境」及「推動紫錐花運動需求」等四面向，就深入訪談內容加以論述、歸納、分析及討論。
本研究獲得主要結論如下：一、基隆市國中學校生教組長更迭頻繁；二、基隆市國中學校推動紫錐花運動現況有運用多元時機實施紫錐花運動教育宣導、依程序建立特定人員名冊，但仍有少數學校沒有召開審查會議及皆會成立春暉小組輔導藥物濫用學生，無隱匿行為；三、基隆市國中生教組長推動紫錐花運動的困境有家長對參與反毒教育宣導動機薄弱、家長對特定人員名冊及尿篩質疑、學生規避尿液篩檢、新興毒品驗不出來，欠缺新興毒品篩檢試劑及對春暉小組輔導心有餘力不足；四、基隆市國中生教組長推動紫錐花運動需求有深入紫錐花運動知能研習，尤其是用藥個案處理知能及增加專業的人力支援。對教育行政機關之建議：一、提升第一線教育人員用藥個案處理知能；二、善用媒體通路廣傳藥物濫用防制資訊；三、增加訓輔人員留任誘因；四、強化家庭教育政策；五、落實家庭社區宣導；六、開發新興毒品檢測快速檢驗試劑。對生教組長個人之建議：一、增進專業知能，積極參與藥物濫用防制知能研習；二、落實特定人員名冊建立及篩檢工作；三、與相關單位建立綿密橫向聯繫；四、善用校內、外資源於輔導用藥學生；五、加強親師溝通，降低家長疑慮。
The main purpose of this study is to explore the current situation, predicament and demand of Euphbia pulchera in the Junior High school of Keelung City, and to summarize the results for the reference of the leaders of the education authorities and the students in promoting the Echinacea. In this study, the author of the study was conducted by means of document analysis and in-depth interviews, and the semi-structured questionnaires were used to interview the 11 primary schools in Keelung City to promote the leaders of the Echinacea Campaign.
In this paper, the content of this paper is divided into four perspectives on the analysis of the status quo of "promoting the work of anti-drug work by the school", "the willingness of the students to teach", the "difficulties in the implementation of staff counseling" and the "demand for Echinacea Campaign " ,induction, analysis and discussion.
The main conclusions of this study are as follows: 1. Keelung City, the school students in the school students often change frequently; 2.Keelung City, the national school to promote the current situation of Echinacea Campaign use of multiple opportunities to implement the Echinacea sports education propaganda, according to the procedures to establish a specific roster , but there are still a small number of schools did not convene a review meeting and the establishment of Chunhui group drug abuse students, no concealment;3.Keelung City, the head of the students to promote the euphorbia flower movement difficulties Parents involved in anti-drug education propaganda is weak, parents The specific staff roster and urine screen questioned, students to avoid urine screening, new drugs do not come out, lack of new drug screening reagents and Chunhui group counseling heart lack of spare capacity;4. Keelung City, the head of the students to promote the Echinacea flower movement needs in-depth Echinacea sports knowledge to learn, especially the treatment of knowledge and increase the professional human support. The education administrative organs of the recommendations:1.to enhance the first line of education personnel handling cases to deal with knowledge;2.the use of media access to abuse of drug prevention and control information;3.increase the training of personnel to stay incentives;4.strengthen the family education policy;5.Implement family community advocacy;6.Development of new drug testing rapid test reagents.The development of new drug detection rapid test reagents. Advice on the individual leader of the student group:1. To enhance the professional knowledge;2.to actively participate in drug abuse prevention and control knowledge;3the implementation of specific personnel roster;4.Makegood use of school and foreign resources to tutor students;5.Strengthen parent-teacher communication and reduce parents' doubts. |
