本研究以北部地區白雁氣功學員為研究對象,探討不同背景變項之白雁氣功參與者對身心健康與生活效能的影響差異以及身心健康與生活效能之相關影響。本研究設計採問卷調查的方式,以台北市、新北市白雁氣功學員為對象進行抽樣,發放320份,扣除漏填無效問卷25份,取得有效樣本數為295份,將資料以次數分佈、百分比、平均值、標準差等來描述研究對象在各變項中的分佈情形,同時以t 檢定、單因子變異數分析、雪費(Scheffe)事後比較、皮爾森積差相關分析等統計方法來分析各變項之間的關係,茲將重要結論歸納如下:
ㄧ、不同性別之白雁氣功參與者在身心健康有顯著差異。
二、不同年齡、練習年資、每週練習時數之白雁氣功參與者在身心健康上有顯著差異。
三、每週參與次數不同之白雁氣功學員在身心健康上有無顯著差異。
四、不同性別及每週參與練習次數不同之白雁氣功學員在生活效能上無顯著差異。
五、不同年齡、練習年資、每週練習時數之白雁氣功學員在生活效能上有顯著差異。
六、身心健康與生活效能呈現顯著正相關。
本研究依據所得結果進行討論,並對於研究結果的應用以及未來研究的方向提出建議。
This study was based on the members of Baiyan Qigong from the northern area. It aimed to find out the effects that individual differences and different criteria of these members’ practice of Qigong have caused to their physical and mental health and their life efficiency. 320 questionnaires were sent out to Baiyan Qigong members from Taipei City and New Taipei City; 295 responses were received. T-Test, ANOVA, Scheffe POST HOC and Pearson’s (PPMCC) were carried out to analyze frequency, percentage, average value and standard deviation of different criteria of the targets. The results indicated:
1.Genders of the members caused obvious differences to their physical and mental health.
2.The members’ ages, how long and how many hours per week they’ve practiced Qigong made no obvious differences in their physical and mental health.
3.How frequently the members practiced Qigong in a week made no obvious differences in their physical and mental health.
4.The members’ genders and how frequently they practiced Qigong in a week made no obvious differences in their life efficiency.
5.The members’ ages, how long and how many hours per week they’ve practiced Qigong made obvious differences in their life efficiency.
6.The relationship between physical and mental health and life efficiency has a very strong positive correlation.Discussions were made upon the study results, and advices were made to the potential appliance of the study results and to the potential thesis in the future.
