Abstract:	本研究旨在瞭解新竹科學園區員工對芳香經絡療法的認知、態度與行為之現況，並分析在不同背景變項下，其對芳香經絡療法的認知、態度與行為之差異性，進而探討三者間之關係。本研究以新竹科學園區107年服務於園區公司之全職辦公室正式員工為研究對象，使用之研究工具為整理、分析並歸納文獻資料後，自編的「新竹科學園區員工對芳香經絡療法的認知、態度與行為之調查問卷」。正式施測採便利抽樣方式，共回收317份問卷，有效問卷為317份；根據調查所蒐集之資料，依研究目的、問題及假設，本研究藉由描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、雪費法事後比較及皮爾森積差相關等統計方法來進行資料處理與分析，討論結果歸納如下：一、新竹科學園區員工在對芳香經絡療法的認知上以有用性為優先；對芳香經絡療法的態度上以知識構面為優先。二、新竹科學園區員工對芳香經絡療法的認知在不同年齡、教育程度均具顯著差異；性別及婚姻狀況部份達顯著差異；工作部門及月平均收入均無顯著差異。三、新竹科學園區員工對芳香經絡療法的態度在教育程度均具顯著差異；性別、不同年齡、婚姻狀況、工作部門及月平均收入均無顯著差異。四、新竹科學園區員工對芳香經絡療法的行為在性別及不同年齡具顯著差異；婚姻狀況、教育程度工作部門及月平均收入均無顯著差異。五、本研究認知與態度兩研究構面間皆具有顯著的正相關;態度與行為兩研究構面間皆具有顯著的正相關; 認知與行為兩研究構面間皆具有顯著的正相關。 The main purpose of this study was to understand the current status of cognition, attitude and behavior of aromatherapy meridian therapy in Hsinchu Science Park, and to analyze the differences in cognition, attitude and behavior of aromatherapy and meridian therapy under different demographic variables. In further, the study tried to discuss the relationship among three variables. The study took the formal full-time employees currently of the Hsinchu Science Park as the research object. After using the research tools to organize, analyze and summarize the literature, the self-edited “The Questionnaire of Hsinchu Science Park Employees’ about Recognition, Attitude and Behaviors of Aromatic Meridian Therapy.” Formal survey and sampling method, a total of 317 questionnaires were collected, and 317 valid questionnaires.According to the data collected by the survey, the research purpose, problems and assumptions, the study adopted by descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA,Scheffepost-hoctest, and Pearson product correlation methods. The results of the discussion are summarized as follows: (1) The employees of Hsinchu Science Park have priority in the recognition of aromatic meridian therapy; the attitude of aroma meridian therapy is given priority to knowledge facet. (2) The awareness of aromatic meridian therapy in Hsinchu Science Park employees was significantly different at different ages and educational levels; gender and marital status were significantly different; there was no significant difference in work department and monthly average income. (3) The attitudes of employees in the Hsinchu Science Park on aromatherapy and meridian therapy are significantly different in terms of education; there is no significant difference in gender, age, marital status, work department and monthly average income. (4) The behavior of employees in the Hsinchu Science Park on aromatherapy and meridian therapy was significantly different in gender and age; there was no significant difference in marital status, educational level, and monthly average income. (5) There is a significant positive correlation between the cognitive and attitudeal aspects of the study; there is a significant positive correlation between the attitudes and behaviors; there is a significant positive correlation between cognition and behaviors.
