摘要: 隨著科技進步與發展,人們的生活水準及收入提高,伴隨而來的是生活及工作壓力也越來越大,身體在承受巨大的壓力下,久而久之健康就會亮起紅燈。最主要的症狀包括心血管疾病、高血壓、高血糖及高血脂等。本研究乃以工作壓力量表及心率變異性分析儀做為評量的工具,探討上班族群工作壓力指數與心率變異性參數之關聯性,根據學者研究壓力指數與LF%呈現正相關,期望未來可以此評量作為日後預防因工作壓力所罹患之慢性疾病預防參考;本研究乃利用心率變異性分析儀(Heart Rate Variability,簡稱HRV),用以測量心臟跳動速率變化的程度,藉由觀察心跳間期標準差、副交感神經活性及交感神經活性等三項指標來判別自律神經的強弱;在工作壓力的部分,採取(哥本哈根疲勞量表),將工作壓力區分為三個面向,分別是個人相關壓力、工作相關壓力及服務對象相關壓力;研究結果顯示個人相關壓力指數越高的員工HRV與LF%顯著正相關(P<0.05、r=0.625),(如表1.10),但與SDNN 顯著負相關(P<0.05、r= -0.384)與HF顯著負相關(P<0.05、r= -0.447);工作相關壓力的指數與LF%顯著正相關(P<0.05、r=0.480),服務對象相關壓力的指數與LF%顯著正相關(P<0.05、r=0.548),但與HF顯著負相關(P<0.05、r=-0.381);故三種壓力指數皆呈現與LF%正相關而與HF及SDNN呈現負相關,本研究推論工作壓力造成自律神經失衡;且失衡的程度與壓力指數有劑量效應。
With dramatically development of science and technology, people's living levels and incomes are also increasing at the same time. Besides, the pressures of life and work are increasing. Under the pressure of the body, the health of the body will be influenced to worse situation. The main symptoms include cardiovascular disease, hypertension, hyperglycemia and hyperlipidemia. This study uses the work stress scale and heart rate variability analyzer as a tool to evaluate the correlation between the work stress index and the heart rate variability parameter of the working group. According to the scholars, the stress index is positively correlated with LF%, and the future is expected. This assessment can be used as a reference for the prevention of chronic diseases caused by work stress in the future. Heart Rate Variability (HRV) is used to measure the degree of heart rate change by observing heart rate variability. Self-regulatory neurological activity index, Standard Deviation of All Normal to Normal Intervals (SDNN), High Frequency (HF) and Low Frequency%(LF %) to determine the strength of the autonomic nervous system. The study adopt Copenhagen Burnout Inventory (CBI) questionnaire scale to measure work stress. The scale divides the work pressure into three aspects: personal pressure, work-related pressure and service target pressure. In this study, the work stress scale and HRV analysis instrument would be used as a tool to evaluate the correlation between the work stress and the heart rate variability parameter of the working group, and as to prevent the chronic diseases caused by work stress in the future. Theresults of other studies showed that the higher the working stress index, the HRV was significantly positively correlated with LF% P=0.000, r=0.625 (as shown in Table 1.10), and significantly negatively correlated with SDNN P=0.036, r= -0.384 and HF significant negative correlation P=0.013, r= -0.447. The index of work-related stress was significantly positively correlated with LF% (P<0.05, r=0.480), and the index of client-related stress was significantly positively correlated with LF% (P<0.05, r=0.548), but significantly negatively correlated with HF (P<0.05, r=-0.381); therefore, all three stress indices are positively correlated with LF% and negatively correlated with HF and SDNN. This study infers that work stress causes autonomic nervous imbalance; and the degree of imbalance and the amount of stress have a significant effect.
