Title: 新北市血液透析病患滿意度與就醫選擇性之研究

Abstract: 本研究目的為探討新北市中和區、永和區,轄區內血液透析診所,針對不同的血液透析病患,其環境硬體設備、醫療照護服務品質、病患滿意度與就醫選擇性之研究。期望此研究結果能對不同的血液透析診所,在未來提升醫療照護服務品質、環境設備上,增強競爭力,在達到永續經營的目標上,提供有效的策略方針。
本研究以新北市中永和轄區內血液透析診所之血液透析病患為研究對象,以自擬問卷,立意取樣方式收案,總共發放200份問卷,其有效樣本數總計172例。收案期 間自2017年11月至2018年3月底止。
本研究針對7家診所172份有效問卷結果的個人背景、就醫背景、環境設備滿意度、環境設備重視度、醫療照護服務品質滿意度、醫療照護服務品質重視度、診所選擇等7項類別資料,共72個變項,首先以SPSS統計軟體之因素分析法由環境設備滿意度、環境設備重視度、醫療照護服務品質滿意度、醫療照護服務品質重視度4項類別資料萃取出8個主要因素。其次,分析個人背景、就醫背景對8個主要因素之影響;並分析個人背景、就醫背景對診所選擇之影響。再次分析滿意度、重視度之分布與意義;並分析個人背景、就醫背景對診所選擇之影響。最後對血液透析診所提供具體改善建議:(1) 優先提升環境設備中的廁所與電視之滿意度。(2) 優先提升醫療照護服務品質中的醫術與RO水之滿意度。(3) 優先注重對診所選擇有影響的性別、宗教信仰、透析時間、交通時間、透析家數、環境設備滿意度的9個變項之良策,才能提升血液透析病患選擇自己的診所就診之意願。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the research on hemodialysis clinics in the districts of Zhonghe District and Yonghe District of New Taipei City for different hemodialysis patients and their environmental hardware, medical care service quality, patient satisfaction, and hospital selection. It is hoped that this research result will enable different hemodialysis clinics to enhance the quality of medical services and environmental equipment in the future, enhance their competitiveness, and provide effective strategies for achieving the goal of sustainable management.
In this study, hemodialysis patients from hemodialysis clinics in Zhongyonghe District of New Taipei City were selected as the study subjects. They took questionnaires and intended to collect the samples. A total of 200 questionnaires were issued, and the total number of valid samples was 172. The period of collection will be from November 2017 to the end of March 2018.
This study focused on seven categories of information on the background of 172 valid questionnaires in 7 clinics, medical background, environmental equipment satisfaction, environmental equipment attention, quality satisfaction of medical care services, quality of medical care services, and clinic selection. A total of 72 variables, first of all, the SPSS statistical software factor analysis method from the environmental equipment satisfaction, environmental equipment attention, medical care service quality satisfaction, medical care service quality attention 4 categories of data extracted 8 main factors. Secondly, it analyzes the influence of personal background and medical background on the 8 main factors; and analyzes the influence of personal background and medical background on clinic selection. Re-analyze the distribution and significance of satisfaction and importance; and analyze the effects of personal background and medical background on clinic selection. Finally, specific recommendations for improvement in hemodialysis clinics are provided: (1) Priority is given to the satisfaction of toilets and televisions in environmental equipment. (2) Give priority to improving the satisfaction of medical and RO water in the quality of medical care services. (3) Priority is given to that have a effect on the choice of clinic, such as gender, religious belief, dialysis time, transit time, number of dialysis, and the nine variables of environmental equipment satisfaction. A good strategy can enhance the willingness of hemodialysis patients to choose own clinic.
