一、 台灣足球裁判在工作壓力構面上以「人與人之間的衝突」壓力最大。 二、 台灣足球裁判在工作滿意度構面上以「執法態度」最為滿意。 三、 台灣足球裁判在疲勞度構面上以「主觀的疲勞經驗」疲勞最高。 四、 足球裁判在工作滿意度與疲勞度有顯著的負相關。 五、 台灣足球裁判在工作壓力與疲勞度有顯著的正相關。 The main focus of this study is to investigate the workplace stress, satisfaction and fatigue of the football referees in Taiwan. Surveys were carried out through the use of questionnaires. The targets of the study are the referees who have been responsible for enforcing the Laws of the Game for approximately three years. The valid sample size is 96. The data is analyzed quantitatively with the use of SPSS12.0. Descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson product- moment correlation analysis were used in this particular study: First, these referees deem that there is a correlation between workplace stress and the conflicts between people. Second, these referees are most satisfied with their attitude towards "law enforcement attitude." Third, these referees believe that they have experienced a high level of fatigue. Fourth, the football referees have a significant negative correlation between job satisfaction and fatigue. Fifth, the football referees in Taiwan have significant positive correlation between work stress and fatigue.
