Abstract: 本研究目的在探討中學生的身體組成與體適能各項指標之關係,研究對象為基隆市某中學,以100學年度入學之國一新生及103學年度入學之高一新生。研究方法採次級資料分析,收集研究對象連續三學年之身體組成與體適能檢測之成績,所得資料採用統計軟體SPSS12.0中文版執行,分別進行描述性統計、皮爾森積差相關及單因子變異數分析。
研究結果如下:
一、柔軟度方面:女學生的身體組成指數在範圍有顯著相關。
二、肌耐力方面:男、女學生皆沒有顯著相關。
三、爆發力方面:男學生的身體組成指數在範圍有顯著相關。
四、心肺耐力方面:男學生的身體組成指數在範圍有顯著相關。
從以上研究結果,建議強化與宣導健康體適能的正確觀念,將有助於提升體適能與學業成績之表現。
This study aims to discuss the relationship between Goal of the research is discussing of complete secondary school students body composition and physical fitness index. Objects of study are the fint-year middle school students of academic year 2011 - 2012, and high school of academic year 2014 - 2015. Method of study is secondary data analysis, collecting students body compositions and physical fitness test scores for three consecutive years, The data were analyzed with SPSS 12.0 Chinese version, descriptive statistics, separately, Pearson product moment corvelation coefficient the woods and one – way ANOVA.
The results are as the following:
First, Flexibilivy: Female students body composition index has remarkable correlation in the scope.
Second, Musular endurance: Both ale and female students show no remarkable correlation.
Third, Musular poewr: Male students body composition index has remarkable correlation in the scope.
Fourth, Cardiorespiratory: Male students body composition index has remarkable correlation in the scope.
The suggestion extension strengthening and the guidance healthy robust suitable can the correct idea, and can the promotion body suitable display research whether correlation with the academic achievement.
