Abstract: 自1995年3月政府開辦了全民健保後,這幾年全民健保的財務狀況一直是社會輿論眾多焦點之一。為了達成收支平衡的目標,健保局為此調整了多項政策,例如:全面性藥價調查與調降、總額預算支付制度、醫院自主管理、論病計酬及2012年實施的二代健保等等。然而,對於台灣龐大的醫藥產業而言,這些針對健保政策所做出的調整(減少支出),等於限縮了台灣醫藥市場的成長空間,也限制了台灣醫藥行業的未來經營與發展,導致當前台灣藥品業面臨了前所未有的經營困境以及生存空間縮小的嚴重問題。
本研究為瞭解在如此艱困的大環境下,藥品公司中女性業務員的工作滿足因素,而目前在台灣鮮少有關於專門探討藥品公司女性業務員的工作滿足因素的文獻。因此,本研究將透過質性訪談的方式,以醫事服務機構家數最多之北部地區(桃園、新北市、台北市、基隆市)的藥品公司女性業務員作為訪談對象,希望藉由本研究探討在台灣藥品公司之女性業務員關於工作滿足、工作壓力與工作-家庭衝突之間的關聯性。並期望藉由此研究能達到以下目的:
(1)探討藥品公司女性業務員的工作滿足、工作壓力與家庭衝突與之現況。
(2)探討女性工作壓力對工作滿足度是否有相關性?
(3)探討女性家庭衝突對工作滿足是否有相關性?
(4)將本研究之結果提供給藥品公司人力資源管理部門,做為穩定公司女性業務員人資源結構之參考。
Since the National Health Insurance was established in 1995, its financial status has long been a focus of the public opinion. For meeting financial balance, the National Health Insurance Administration, Ministry of Health and Welfare has done lots of policy adjustments, including reducing overall drug price, global budget system, hospital self-management, case payment, 2nd generation NHI, and so forth. However, as far as the huge pharmaceutical industry is concerned, these policy adjustments (cut down on costs) limit the growing of Taiwan’s pharmaceutical market, as well as its future business and development. All these actions have resulted in serious problems for Taiwan pharmaceutical industry, including unprecedented management plights and shrinking markets.
This study aims to analyze the job satisfaction factors of female employees of pharmaceutical companies under this difficult environment. Few of the existing literature in Taiwan focusing on female pharmaceutical salesperson’s job satisfaction research. Therefore, this study conducted qualitative interviews with female pharmaceutical salespersons in northern part of Taiwan, including Taipei, New Taipei City, Taoyuan, and Keelung, where most of the pharmaceutical companies located. The relations among female pharmaceutical salesperson’s job satisfaction, job pressure, and work-family conflict are examined.
This study wishes to achieve the following goals:
1.To explore the current job satisfaction factors, job pressure, and work-family conflicts of female pharmaceutical salesperson.
2.To explore the cause and effect relations between female employees’ job satisfaction and pressure.
3.To explore the cause and effect relations between female employees’ job satisfaction and work-family conflict.
4.Provide empirical study results for human resource department’s future references.
