摘要: 本研究探討以基隆市銀髮族綜合性運動訓練對功能性體適能之研究。研究對象:48個社區年滿65歲以上銀髮族個共1058人。研究方法:分實驗組17個社區、對照組31個社區、並實施兩組的前、後測以功能性體適能檢測項目。在實施檢測期間共發出2116份問卷,有效樣本為1659份,回收率為78.40%。而在實驗組介入綜合性運動訓練,為期六個月,對照組以無介入運動。所得問卷資料及檢測資料以SPSS 12.0軟體進行統計分析,以敘述性統計、獨立樣本t考驗、ANOVA、成對樣本t考驗等方法,六個月「運動訓練」實施後影響研究結果分析,本研究發現如下:

一、以不同背景變項分析:從性別、年齡、教育程度、不同常用語言(國語)等,在功能性體適能檢 測項目柔軟度、平衡力與協調力、肌耐力、心肺耐力有呈現顯著差異;其他無明顯差異。
二、以自覺健康狀況的認知:身心完全健康,人數最多,身心非常不健康,人數最少。
三、實驗組在後測中雙手背後相扣(右),雙手背後相扣(左),30秒連續坐站(次數),坐起來繞物(秒)、舒張壓、收縮壓等,呈現顯著。
四、對照組在後測中,從BMI、30秒連續坐站(次數),2分鐘抬腿(次數),2.44公尺坐走(秒),明顯退步。
五、實驗組與對照組兩組檢測中BMI、開眼單足立、舒張壓,實驗組數值顯示優於對照組。
This study explored of functional fitness in the comprehensive sports training of senior citizen in Keelung city. Subjects: like the 48 community over 65 years of age a total of 1058 people. Methods: The experimental group 17 community, the control group 31 community, the implementation of two groups of pre and post-test fitness projects. A total of 2116 questionnaires were issued at the time of the implementation, and the effective samples were 1659 and the recovery rate was 78.40%. The experimental group was followed up for six months. The control group was analyzed by SPSS 12.0 software without interventional exercise, questionnaire data and test data. The results were analyzed by descriptive statistics, independent samples t test, ANOVA, paired samples t Test and other methods, six months "exercise training" after the implementation of the following effects,The results of the study were found in this study.

First, with different background variables: from gender, age, educational level, different commonly used language (Mandarin), in functional fitness test items softness, balance and coordination, endurance, heart and lung endurance showed significant Differences; other no significant differences.Second,to self-awareness of health: physical and mental health, largest number of people, physical and mental health is very unhappy, the least number.

Five, experimental and control group were detected in two groups of BMI, open eyes single foot, diastolic blood pressure, experimental group showed better than control group.
