Abstract:	隨著高齡化的必然趨勢，以及智慧穿戴裝置的日益多樣化，再加上健康管理意識的普及，在可預見的未來中，如何讓智慧型穿戴裝置在中高齡者的健康管理運用方面運作得更順遂，能夠促進普羅大眾的健康，是本研究提出的主要發想。本研究以科技接受與使用整合理論為理論基礎，針對中高齡族群對穿戴智慧裝置的使用認知以及既有經驗，分析其對此類裝置在健康管理應用時的需求面向，研究的問卷採用紙本方式發放，回收後將以SPSS套裝軟體進行統計分析，期能了解研究族群樣本對使用智慧穿戴裝置在健康管理面向的經驗、需求以及哪一些因素會影響使用者的採用狀況。研究結果可看出：妥善運用智慧穿戴裝置協助自己的健康狀況掌握是被接受的，學習如何使用這些裝置相對是需要更多指導的，智慧穿戴裝置的功能性是被重視的。本次研究僅此提出幾個方向留予其他對此題目有興趣者持續深入研究探討，包括智慧穿戴裝置的各項數據準確度之驗證或統一標準的訂定方面、中高齡使用者對智慧穿戴裝置的功能期望方面、中高齡使用者對智慧穿戴裝置的材質及穿戴舒適性方面、智慧穿戴裝置在中高齡使用者使用介面設計方面以及政府運用智慧穿戴裝置在中高齡族群的健康管理政策建構方面希望在正式邁入超高齡化社會之前，學術界以及政府機構能夠系統性的、持續性的研究這個我們一定得面對的課題。 With the inevitable trend of aging, and the increasing diversity of smart wear devices, coupled with the popularization of health management awareness, how to make smart wear devices in the foreseeable future in the middle-aged people health management to operate more successful, can promote the health of the general public, is the main idea of this study. This research is based on the Unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT), for the aged people to wear smart device as well as the use of cognitive experience, analysis of such devices in the application of health management demand oriented, research questionnaire paper issued after the recovery by SPSS software for statistical analysis. In order to understand the study population sample on the use of smart wearable devices in health management oriented experience, needs and what factors will affect the status of users. The results show that the proper use of smart wearable device to help their health master is accepted, learn how to use these devices is need more guidance, functional smart wearable device is valued. This study proposes several directions to keep only the continuous in-depth study of this subject in the other, the data including smart wearable device to verify the accuracy of the standard or set function, the elderly user expectations of smart wearable device, the elderly user material and wearable smart wearable device for comfort hand. Smart wearable devices are used in mid aged users, interface design, and government use of smart wearable devices in health management policy construction for middle and elderly populations It is hoped that before the formal entry into the ultra advanced society, the academic and government organizations will be able to carry out a systematic and continuous study of the subject that we must face.
