Title: Desferrioxamine β 更有效的合成法

Abstract: 這是生物鐵螫合物(microbial iron chelator) desferrioxamine B Hcl和類似物的合成法。對於dihydroxzmat, trihydroxamate, tetrahydroxamate 和其他 desferrioxamine 同屬物,此方法更適用於它們的合成。在合成過程中可得到1級胺氮(primary amino nitrogen)功能基的desferrioxamine。此合成過程最主要的是O-benzy1-N-(4-cyanobuty1) hydroxylamine它是由O-benzy1 hydroxylamine nitrogen 和 succinic 或 acetic anhydride acylated 來的。若以一系列高產率縮合和還原形成半酸醯胺(half acid amide)或醯(amide)結果可得 desferrioxamine 45%。desferrioxmine 45%。最後再以desferrioxamine 衍生物有效的合成法應用於合成 desferrioxamine desamine 類似物。
