題名: 國中生生命態度與健康促進行為關係之研究-以新北市板橋區公立國中為例

摘要: 生命態度與健康促進行為是影響學生身心成長的重要因素,然而在現今的社會環境偏重智育、重視物質、科技深入生活且價值觀多變,導致學生對個人的定位和目標都很迷茫,尊重生命的概念亦較薄弱,霸凌與自殺事件時有所聞。此外,世界衛生組織指出許多青少年因可預防之疾病而過早死亡或患有慢性病或殘疾,且基於青少年時期是健康行為養成的關鍵時期,因此我們必須協助其生命態度與健康促進行為朝正向發展,建構健全之身心。
本研究旨在探究國中生生命態度與健康促進行為之現況與關係。透過問卷調查方式進行資料蒐集,共發放900份問卷,得到有效樣本859份,將回收資料以SPSS17.0版及AMOS21.0版套裝軟體進行結構方程模式分析,以檢驗本研究模型適配度與驗證假設,研究結果如下:
一、國中生的生命態度趨於正向,但「死亡態度」層面相對最低。
二、國中生的健康促進行為趨於正向,但「健康責任」層面相對較低。
三、不同「BMI值」的國中生生命態度無顯著差異;不同「性別」、「年級」、「家庭氣氛」、「學業成績」、「自覺健康狀況」及「家庭社經地位」的國中生生命態度有差異。
四、不同「性別」、「年級」、「家庭氣氛」、「學業成績」、「自覺健康狀況」、「家庭社經地位」及「BMI值」的國中生健康促進行為有差異。
五、國中生生命態度與與健康促進行為整體及其各層面間皆達中或低度正相關。
六、國中生生命態度會顯著正向的影響健康促進行為。
綜合以上結論,對家長、老師、學校與教育主管機關提出若干管理實務意涵及後續研究建議。
Life attitude and health promotion behavior are both important factors that would affect students’ mental and body development. However, under an atmosphere that emphasis more on IQ and material, with large time consuming 3Cs, changeable values, this kind of social environment causes students’ confusing about personal values and future goals. Also, they have poor ideas about how to respect lives, so that many bully and suicide events happened. Plus, World Health Organization (WHO) says many teenagers died early of some preventable diseases, chronic illness or disability. Due to teenage is the key era to develop health behaviors, we must help our teenagers to build positive life attitude and health promotion behavior, improve their construction of sound mind and body.
This study is to investigate the current situation and relationship of life attitude and health promotion behavior of junior high school students. This study designed to collect data through questionnaire survey method. Total of 900 copies were distributed to obtain 859 valid questionnaires. After analyzing with SPSS17.0 and SEM with AMOS21.0 to verify the fitness and hypothesis, the study results were as following:
(1) the students have positive life attitude, but the aspect of “death attitude” is relatively low.
(2) The students have positive health promotion behavior, but the aspect of “health responsibility” is relatively low.
(3) There is no significant difference of life attitude among the students with different BMI value, there is significant difference of life attitude in different “gender,” “grade,” “family atmosphere,” “academic performance,” “perceived health status,” and “socio-economic status.”
(4) There are significant differences of health promotion behavior among the students, there is significant difference of health promotion behavior in different “gender,” “grade,” “family atmosphere,” “academic performance,” “perceived health status,” “socio-economic status,” and BMI value.
(5) Each dimensions-to-all are mid or low positive correlated in life attitude and health promotion behavior in junior high school students.
(6) Life attitude would significantly affect health promotion behavior positively in junior high school students.
Thus, based on the conclusions above, this study provided some management practices and implications for the future researchers by an empirical study and critical questionnaire survey as reference to parents, teachers, schools, and relevant administrations.
