Title: 盪鞦韆活動對國小低年級學童動作協調能力之影響

Abstract: 目的:本研究以探討在晨光時間進行盪鞦韆活動對國小低年級學童動作協調能力之影響。方法:以53名國小一年級學童為研究對象,分為實驗組26名 (男15名、女11名,平均年齡7.10±.27歲)和對照組27名 (男14名、女13名,平均年齡7.14±0.25歲)。實驗組實施四週盪鞦韆活動,每週3次,每次5分鐘,對照組維持一般日常活動。並於實驗前、後實施動作協調能力檢測,測驗項目包含:陳氏手眼協調選擇反應、閉眼單足立、閉眼軟墊單足立、走平衡木、30公尺快速協調測驗五項。以獨立樣本t考驗進行兩組前測成績之同質性檢定及後測成績之差異性,以相依樣本t考驗進行實驗組在實施盪鞦韆活動後各項測驗成績是否達到顯著差異,再以單因子變異數分析實驗組男女學童在訓練後各項測驗成績是否達到顯著差異,顯著水準定為α=.05。研究結果:1.實驗組在陳氏手眼協調選擇反應、走平衡木、30公尺快速協調測驗達顯著差異,在閉眼單足立、閉眼軟墊單足立測驗未達顯著差異,但測驗成績仍有進步。對照組在走平衡木測驗達顯著差異,其它四項未達顯著差異。2.兩組研究後之五項測驗成績在手眼協調選擇反應、閉眼單足立與30公尺快速協調測驗達顯著差異,閉眼軟墊單足立、走平衡木測驗未達顯著差異。3.實驗組男、女學童五項動作協調能力測驗均未達顯著差異。結論:四週盪鞦韆活動介入,能提升學童的動作協調能力,不會因性別不同而有所差異。
Objective: The aim of this research is to observe the effect on lower year level’s movement coordination ability after a morning session on the swings. Methods: 53 lower year level students for this research were divided into experimental group 26 (15 male, 11 female, mean age 7.10 ± .27 years) and the contrast group 27 (14 male, 13 female, mean age 7.14 ± 0.25 years). The experimental group will execute four weeks of swinging practices, three practices per week and five minutes per a repetition meanwhile the contrast group resuming their general daily activities. Also record the level of coordination ability before and after the implementation, the project contains 5 elements: Chen's Hand-Eye Coordination Cognitive Reaction meter、 balancing on one leg- eyes closed、 standing on foam-eyes closed、walk on the balance beam, 30 meter speed coordination on five test stations. Examine the homogeneity of two pre-test and the differences of post-test by independent t samples, and if significant differences can still be identified after taking the swing trainings by using dependent sample t test. Also analyze if the results have significant differences among experimental group students after training the swing trainings by ANOVA. Significant level set at α = .05. Results: 1. Experimental group shows the significant difference by using Chen's Hand-Eye Coordination Cognitive Reaction Mach、 walk on the balance beam and 30 meter speed coordination test. However, there is no significant difference on standing on one leg-eyes closed、 standing on foam-eyes closed. The result still displays improvement of the score. In the contrast group, walking on the balance beam demonstrates the significant differences, others not conversely. 2. The five test scores of the two groups after the study in Chen's Hand-Eye Coordination Cognitive Reaction Mach、 standing on one leg- eyes open、 30-meter speed coordination show significant differences, standing on foam-eyes closed and walk on the balance beam have no significant differences.3.The experimental group both of male and female students on the five motor coordination ability test did not reach significant difference. Conclusion: Four-week swing activity can enhance students' motor coordination ability but will not differ because of the gender.
