摘要:	根據文獻，近年來兒童過敏疾病的盛行率有逐漸增加的趨勢，臺灣兒童48％有過敏性鼻炎、20％有氣喘、10％有異位性皮膚炎（引自梁雲芳，2014），這三種過敏症狀彼此經常伴隨出現。過敏兒照護是個辛苦的過程，過敏兒照護者對於過敏照護的認知如何，以及照護的心路歷程如何，是本研究所要探討的。 本研究採用質性研究，研究對象為七位經歷過照護過敏兒的照護者，採用深入訪談、文件蒐集等方式蒐集資料，擬以內容分析法進行資料分析。 研究結果發現，過敏兒照護者的照護經驗包括四個主題：「過敏為何找上我」、「改善過敏－在生活上的實踐」、「營造過敏兒正向的心理與人際關係」、「照護者心路歷程」經由研究發現對於過敏兒照護有進一步的討論與建議。 According to the literature, there is a growing prevalence of allergic diseases among children in recent years, and 48% at rhinitis, 20% and 10% at asthma and atopic dermatitis respectively. (cited from Liangyun Fang, 2014). Each was often accompanied by another. Care for children with allergies would be experiencing a rigours process. A qualitative method was used. Participants were seven caregivers of children with allergies. Deep-dept interviews, journal records and other means to collect information intended to content analysis. The main findings of study are as follows. 1.）How become an allergic kid. 2.）Means to improve through environmental control, diet, and exercises. 3.）Building an optimal psychological and interpersonal environments. 4.）Inner experiences of the caregivers. Through the research we have further discussions and suggestions.
