摘要: | 本研究主要探討幼兒園教保服務人員的工作壓力感受與身心健康狀況,並探討兩者間之關聯。本研究以文獻探討與問卷調查方式進行。經文獻探討後,採用信效度良好之研究工具進行施測。以基隆市幼兒園教保服務人員500位進行全面性調查,有效問卷302份,資料以描述統計、平均數、標準差、t檢定、單因子變異數分析、LSD事後比較法、皮爾森績差相關、複迴歸分析等統計方法進行分析,獲致研究結果如下:
一、幼兒園教保服務人員所知覺的整體工作壓力屬中下程度,工作壓力 感受由高至低依序為「角色定位」、「工作負荷」、「政策環境」、「班級教學」、「個人發展」、「行政組織」與「人際關係」。
二、幼兒園教保服務人員的工作壓力感受依不同年齡、不同任教年資、兼任行政工作與否、不同教育背景、公私立幼兒園、任教幼兒年齡、班級內是否有身心障礙幼兒、任教班級內是否有類似身心障礙幼兒以及每月平均薪資不同而有顯著差異。
三、幼兒園教保服務人員的身心健康狀態尚稱良好。人際互動與社會適應構面上表現合宜,而在身心狀況方面則較差。不同年齡、不同服務年資、不同教育背景、不同服務機構類別、服務機構的幼生總人數、任教幼兒年齡、任教班級內實際師生比、班級內是否有身心障礙幼兒與每月平均薪資不同的幼兒園教保服務人員在身心健康狀態有顯著差異。
四、幼兒園教保服務人員整體工作壓力與工作壓力各構面之間呈現高度相關。幼兒園教保服務人員的整體工作壓力感受與身心健康狀態之間呈現中度相關。整體身心健康與「工作負荷」構面呈現中度相關。工作壓力對身心健康僅有部分的預測力。

2. 3. Health status security service personnel teachers preschool yet well known. Interpersonal and social adaptation surface structure decent performance, but in terms of physical and mental condition of the poor.
