Abstract: 推動「健康促進醫院」以落實醫院員工的健康生活品質是目前國際的發展趨勢。本研究主旨在瞭解醫院員工健康概念、健康行為與生活品質之現況及其相關性。本研究針對區域教學醫院員工進行問卷調查,共發出500份問卷,得到有效樣本447份,有效回收率為89.4%,再以敘述性統計分析、信度分析、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、相關分析與迴歸分析進行資料分析。研究結果發現:
一、不同性別、教育程度、年齡、婚姻狀況、職稱、工作年資、班別的健康促進醫院員工對健康概念無顯著差異存在。
二、婚姻狀況、職稱及工作年資在健康促進醫院員工生活品質上有顯著差異。
三、年齡在健康促進醫院員工健康行為上有顯著差異。
四、健康促進醫院員工健康概念對健康行為有正向影響。
五、健康促進醫院員工健康概念對生活品質有正向影響。
六、健康促進醫院員工健康行為對生活品質有正向影響。
冀望研究結果能讓醫院更了解員工的健康概念、健康行為與生活品質並針對需求以做為健康促進醫院課程活動之參考依據
Advocate the "health-promoting hospital toward staff's health-related quality of life are the international common trends.This study aims to understand the health concept, health behavior and quality of life of hospital employees of status and their correlation.
My research findings are based on the data collected from employee in Regional Teaching Hospital.total of 500 questionnaires were sent, 447 valid samples were obtained, and the rate of the valid questionnaires was 89.4%.We adopt descriptive statistics,,reliability analysis, Independent Samples t Test, One-way ANOVA analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis.The result of the study indicates:
1. No significant differences between in health promoting hospital employees on health concept regardless of gender, education, age, marital status, job title, job seniority and class.
2. Significant differences existed among different of marital status, job title and job seniority in health promotion hospital employees of quality of life.
3. Significant differences existed among different of age in health promotion hospital employees of health behavior.
4. Health concept have positive influence on their health behavior in health promoting hospital employees.
5. Health concept have positive influence on their quality of life in health promoting hospital employees.
6. Health behavior have positive influence on their quality of life in health promoting hospital employees.

The results allow the hospital hoping to better understand the health concept, health behaviors and quality of life of employee and for the demand to be used as reference for hospital health promotion program activities.
