Abstract:	本文描述協助一位67 歲退化性關節炎患者接受全髖關節置換術的手術全期護?過程。護理期間自2010 年2 月10 日至2 月19 日，筆者與個案建立良好護病關係，藉由觀察、會談、身體檢查收集資料，且依手術前中後三階段進型整體護理評估，發現個案主要健康問題為焦慮、疼痛、身體活動功能障礙與潛在危險性感染。經提供全髖關節置換術之醫?資訊、給予減輕傷口疼痛處置、教導避免關節脫位姿勢並全程預防感染發生，使患者可以克服手術帶?的衝擊，恢?身體活動?並提高生活品質，期望此護理經驗能提供讀者日後照護類似個案之參考。 This article was to describe the perioperative nursing experience of caring for a 67 years old female patient with degenerative joint arthritis undergoing total hip replacement. The period of caregiving was between 10 February, 2010 and 19 February, 2010. The nurse assessed nursing problems using the concept of perioperative nursing care and through detailed observation, consultation, physically examination. Nurse-patient relationship was established and comprehensive assessment was conducted. The patient's health problems included anxiety, acute pain, impaired physical mobility, and potential risk for infection. Intervention strategies included providing current information of total hip replacement, giving care to reduce wound pain, teaching the patient how to avoid artificial hip joint dislocation, and monitoring the entire process to prevent the occurrence of infection. Finally, the patient can overcome the impact of surgery, restore mobility and improve quality of life. We hope this paper provides useful resources to our colleagues when caring for patients with similar conditions.
