Abstract:	我國消防法第一條規定：「為預防火災、災害搶救及緊急救護，以維護公共安全，確保人民生命財產。」明確定義消防工作之三大任務。由於消防工作有「維護公共安全，確保人民生命財產安全」的目標，而外勤消防人員所進行之消防勤業務工作，其目的均是為了減少災害產生，並完成「為民服務」之使命，外勤消防人員更是執行消防工作的主要體，因此瞭解造成外勤消防人員的工作壓力來源，進而提供其因應策略，使外勤消防人員能夠更加勝任日益繁重的工作。本研究旨在探討造成外勤消防人員的工作壓力來源，為達到研究目的，首先針對造成外勤消防人員工作壓力來源之相關文獻理論加以探討及分析，以作為本研究之理論基礎，再者採層級分析法(AHP)和雷達圖以交叉分析的方式，目的是希望透過受訪者對問卷之問項權重比和雷達圖分析結果能瞭解造成工作壓力來源因素，而其研究所得到的結果發現造成外勤消防人員工作壓力來源因素第一為組織內因素；第二為外在環境因素；第三為個人因素；第四為工作特性因素，並進一步將研究發現做成結論並提出相關建議，以作為改進造成外勤消防人員工作壓力來源之參考及未來欲從事相關研究之基礎，而期研究結果能讓管理者與被管理者在工作壓力來源上能互相瞭解及體諒，進而提昇工作績效。 Of the Fire Services Act provides that: "for fire prevention, disaster rescue and emergency ambulance, in order to maintain public safety, and to ensure that people's lives and property." The purpose of this study is to investigate the source of the pressure caused Field firefighters work to achieve the study purpose, first of all for the cause of literature theory of the source of the pressure of the Field firefighters work to be explored and analyzed as the theoretical basis of the study, Furthermore mining level analysis Process (AHP) cross analysis and radar chart item questionnaire weight ratio and radar chart analysis to understand the work of the sources of stress factors caused by respondents, and the results obtained by its Institute found that caused Field firefighters working pressure source factors factors within the organization; second external environmental factors; third personal factors; fourth job characteristics factors will be further made the conclusions and recommendations, as improvement caused Field firefighters source of reference of the working pressure and want to engage in research based on the study results allows administrators and managers to work on the source of the pressure, mutual understanding and considerate, to enhance job performance.
