摘要: 本研究旨在瞭解基隆市國小教師工作壓力與休閒運動行為之現況,並分析在不同背景變項下,其工作壓力及休閒運動行為之差異性,進而探討兩者間之關係。
本研究以基隆市101學年度編制內之正式合格教師,且服務於公立國民小學為研究對象,使用之研究工具為整理、分析並歸納文獻資料後,自編的「基隆市國小教師工作壓力與休閒運動行為之調查問卷」。正式施測採簡單隨機抽樣,共發出688份問卷,回收有效問卷為632份;根據調查所蒐集之資料,依研究目的、問題及假設,本研究藉由描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、雪費法事後比較、卡方考驗及皮爾森積差相關等統計方法,進行資料處理與分析,討論結果歸納如下:
一、基隆市國小教師感受之壓力程度最大為「變革適應」,其次為「工作負荷」;得分最低則為「人際關係」。
二、不同性別、年齡、服務年資、教育程度,以及擔任職務的基隆市國小教師,在工作壓力上部分達顯著差異。
三、基隆市國小教師每週參與休閒運動的次數,以1-2次之比例最高;參與休閒運動的時日,以假日之比例最高;參與休閒運動的時段,以下午(14:00-17:59)之比例最高;參與休閒運動的時間長度,以31-60分鐘之比例最高;參與休閒運動的強度,以輕鬆之比例最高;常參與的休閒運動項目,以散步之比例最高。
四、不同性別、年齡、婚姻狀況、服務年資,以及教育程度的基隆市國小教師,在休閒運動行為上部分達顯著差異。
五、基隆市國小教師在工作壓力中的「工作負荷」構面,與休閒運動行為的「每週參與休閒運動的次數」相關係數達顯著負相關;在工作壓力中的「變革適應」構面,與休閒運動行為的「參與休閒運動的時間長度」相關係數亦達顯著負相關。
The purpose of this research was to understand the current relationship between the work stress and leisure sport behaviors of elementary school teachers in Keelung City, and it also aims to analyze the difference between their work stress and leisure sport behaviors among different background variables.
The participants are qualified public elementary school teachers from August, 2012 to July, 2013 in Keelung City. A self-administrated questionnaire “the correlation between work stress and leisure sport behaviors of the elementary school teachers in Keelung city” was developed and distributed to the participants. A random sampling was used in distribution, and a total of 688 questionnaires were sent out, and 632 valid questionnaires were received. Collected data was analyzed by such methodologies of Descriptive Statistics, T-test, One-Way Analysis of Variance, Post-Hoc Scheffe Method, Chi-Square test (x2 test) and Pearson Product-Moment Correlation Coefficient. The research findings were as follows:
1. The elementary school teachers in Keelung City perceived the highest level of stress was “adoption of reforms, and the second highest level of stress was “workload.” The lowest level of stress was “interpersonal relationships.”
2. Among the variables of gender, age, years of teaching experience, level of education and work position, the elementary school teachers in Keelung City showed partially significant difference in work stress.
3. At the aspect of the frequency of participating leisure sport behaviors per week, one to two times a week has the highest proportion. For days spent on leisure sports, the highest proportion showed the participants tend to do exercise on holidays. For the time spent on leisure sports, the highest proportion showed the participants tend to do exercise in the afternoon (14:00-17:59pm). For the length spent on leisure sports, the highest proportion showed the participants tend to do exercise for 31-60 minutes each time. For the intensity spent on leisure sports, the highest proportion showed the participants tend to do exercise at an easy level. For the kinds of leisure sports, the highest proportion showed the participants tend to take a walk.
4. The elementary school teachers in Keelung City showed partial significance in leisure sport behaviors at the aspects of different genders, ages, marital status, years of experience and level of education.
5. The dimension of “workload” under work stress of the elementary school teachers in Keelung City showed negative significance with “frequency of participating in leisure sports per week.” Also, the dimension of “adoption of reforms” under work stress had negative significance with “the length of participation in leisure sports.”
